Playa del Sol Resorts

Based in Puerto Vallarta, the Playa del Sol Group built the original Playa del Sol on Los Muertos Beach in 1999. In 2003, it opened the first stage of Playa del Sol Grand, a five star resort on Flamingos Beach near Nuevo Vallarta, just 15 minutes from the International Airport.

The Group acquired Playa del Sol Costa Sur in 2004, with 208 condo units on the beach, just five minutes south of Puerto Vallarta. In 2005, the Group purchased the Beach Club section of the  La Jolla Resort in  San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur. On an adjoining parcel, the Group is now building a new resort, Playa del Sol Los Cabos, with the first stage scheduled for opening in mid 2007.

The group also owns an inventory of weeks at the Lindo Mar Resort on Conchas Chinas Beach, an exclusive residential area on the south side of Puerto Vallarta.

The Group's philosophy is very straightforward: give people comfortable suites in a variety of unique beach locations. Make sure the pricing is competitive, make sure the properties are well run and maintained and pay a lot of attention to customer service.
