Dear Staff,

I hope this letter finds you all well and doing what you do best, which is caring for the many needs of your guests!

This note of appreciation comes much later than it should have, but it comes with my most sincere thanks to all of you who helped me and my family when we needed it. You were all so gracious and considerate of our needs when I fell and broke my ankle.

My healing has gone well, although slowly, and I hope to move from using crutches, to using a cane by the end of this week. I look back with appreciation for all the help you offered me with the wheelchair, the taxis, and getting into and out of the restaurant. Such special care meant a great deal to me and my husband. It meant the difference of being able to continue our stay, rather than flying home.

We wish you all a happy Easter and look forward to seeing you all again in 2010.

The staff here treated us like royalty and they went out of their way to please us. Costa Sur is only 5 minutes from downtown and yet you have a feeling of being in a tropical paradise. The rooms have a spectacular view and we even did some great snorkeling right on the hotel beach, there is a good variety of fish! The private lagoon is really nice it makes you feel more secure not having some many waves to deal with. Try the Piña Coladas and margaritas at the Barefoot Bar. Breakfast buffets are very nice every morning with plenty of variety and well priced. This is definitely a place we'd like to stay again.

The rooms are spacious and clean as well as the rest of the property. The hotel staff is what made our vacation the most enjoyable. They were very efficient, friendly and always had a smile for everyone. You will not find a cleaner, friendlier and more relaxing place to stay I honestly can not imagine staying anywhere else.
